Tasting Notes

Nose

Pale with light daffodil and fresh green apple. Light green grasses. With water freshly buttered scone - a picnic in a spring meadow.

Palate

Shy and quite discreet. Fresh vanilla. Soft feel, surprisingly fat for such a light seeming dram. Light herbal notes on the back palate.

Finish

Soft,short,but creamy.

Comment

A charmer and well done Tomintoul for taking the non-chill filtered,no colouring route. Have as a summer time aperitif.
