Evokes more a watercolour. But it does not have the character of a late Turner though. A very pleasant dram when a need for peace, quiet and comfort.

Nose: Shy,restrained. Grassy. Meadow flowers, herbal tea. Mix of lemon balm and lime-blossom. Delicate but so whispering that it is faint.
Palate: Mellow, refreshing. Nice flowing texture. The same 'faded'
Finish: Clean, soft and gentle. A citrussy note.
Comment: Evokes more a watercolour. But it does not have the character of a late Turner though. A very pleasant dram when a need for peace, quiet and comfort.

Nose: Pale with light daffodil and fresh green apple. Light green grasses. With water freshly buttered scone - a picnic in a spring meadow.
Palate: Shy and quite discreet. Fresh vanilla. Soft feel, surprisingly fat for such a light seeming dram. Light herbal notes on the back palate.
Finish: Soft,short,but creamy.
Comment: A charmer and well done Tomintoul for taking the non-chill filtered,no colouring route. Have as a summer time aperitif.
Score: 7.9
