Nose

Some buttery caramel, a little hint of something smoky, crunchy red apples, and then lemon peel.

Palate

Clean and fresh, with a nice wave of earthy smoke that really coats the palate. There’s a good sweetness to counterbalance the slight bitterness of the smoke, some vanilla sponge cake, and buttermints.

Finish

Medium length with a lots of that smoke sticking around.
