Nose

This is filled with the aromas of ripe apple, nutmeg, oak lactone and a soft sweet chocolate fragrance that brings to mind crème eggs.

Palate

A well integrated mix. Stewed rhubarb, apple and that creamy oak note. Water brings out a slightly bitter note on the finish.

Finish

Just a little too hard.

Comment

The finish pulls it down. Other than that, very approachable and highly drinkable.
