Intense, lightly fragrant nose: some grassiness and juicy fruits but this is a prickly character that's more austere than it initially seems.

Palate

Gutsy and zesty with an oily crunch mid-palate. Light and straight down the middle of the palate.

Finish

Zesty, peppery. Little short.

Have with Guinness to soften the slightly hard edges.
