Nose

Edgy and slightly metallic. Seems young; green walnut, unripe fruits. Slightly sweeter with water, but still hard overall.

Palate

Some daffodil-like floral aromas. Light pear, but very thin with water.

Finish

Sudden. Dry and hollow.

Comment

This metallic edge suggests the use of young grain that hasn't matured out fully.
