Nose

Pink in colour. A mix of sherbert, fondant icing and sweet, moist, draff moistness. Then there's coconut, red wine gums and some sappiness.

Palate

Good initial attack, then the wine gums begins to dominate the nutty\rmalt beneath. Opens with water into pineapple. Slightly unbalanced.

Finish

Dry oak, sweet fruit.
