Taster

Nose: Linseed, Brazil nut and extra-virgin olive oil overture, spicy oak emerges with a hint of crème caramel peeping through.

Palate: Laid back and opens slowly to deliver nutty, spicy, dried fruit, chocolate and crème caramel nuances, quite tightly knit, before an oakey garnish joins in.

Finish: Creamy, fruity maltiness.

Comment: Team work results in glimpses of different flavours rather than individual close ups.
