Nose

Banana, sharp pineapple, peach yoghurt, strawberry coulis, and a smattering of fragrant floral notes. Apple and elderflower cordial. Orange peel, and bitter orange aperitif. Unleavened bread dough.

Palate

Medium. Plum, peach, quince jelly, and perfumed lavender and geranium. Sweet cookies with toffee and milk chocolate chunks. Hints of cinnamon and white pepper. Soy-milk porridge.

Finish

Medium-long. Malted milk and oaky spice.

From the beautiful aroma onward, it showed the characters of its constituent parts throughout.
