Nose

Bonfire smoke and hints of moss. Waxy cheese and yeast extract. Subtle apple and watermelon cordial. Toasted rye bread and sunflower spread. Very soft floral notes on top.

Palate

Light-medium. The bonfire-smoke and mossy notes return with diluted fruit cordial. Toffee apple and a little toasted marshmallow. With time, caramel-topped digestive biscuit.

Finish

Long, led by caramel-biscuit notes with hints of peat.

Could serve as a gentler introduction to smoky whiskies.
