Nose

Vegetable, cabbage/sulphur which flies off leaving some autumn leaves,\rlight apple puree and crisp maltiness.

Palate

Rounded with substance and a syrup pudding sweetness in centre. Lime, then mixed nuts. Medium weight. Smooth and clean.

Finish

Dry, short, but balanced.
