Nose: Peach cobbler and warm apple compote sweetness followed by barbequed prawns with honey; sea salt and petrichor and a hint of jasmine blossom.
Palate: Peach cobbler follows through on the palate, alongside freshly split vanilla pods, gentle hints of sandalwood, walnut cookies, lime cordial and lemon oil.
Finish: Citrus and fruity notes of the finish.

Taster
Nose: There’s a light, floral quality that’s weighted by crunchy cereal, like freshly cooked McDonald’s apple pies or a caramel-glazed tarte tatin.
Palate: Up front there’s more of that crunchy cereal, like Shredded Wheat, but here it’s coated in creamy chocolate and sprinkled with caramel shards. On the side are baked apples with sultanas and vanilla custard.
Finish: Cinnamon, cookie dough and chocolate chips.
Comment: Inviting and warm, like a much-needed comforting hug.
Score: 8.4
