Nose

There’s a light, floral quality that’s weighted by crunchy cereal, like freshly cooked McDonald’s apple pies or a caramel-glazed tarte tatin.

Palate

Up front there’s more of that crunchy cereal, like Shredded Wheat, but here it’s coated in creamy chocolate and sprinkled with caramel shards. On the side are baked apples with sultanas and vanilla custard.

Finish

Cinnamon, cookie dough and chocolate chips.
