Nose

Wet clay and chalk sweets. Hay, chamomile and hibiscus. Warm milk with honey. Dusty malt and oyster mushroom. Subtle watermelon. Edamame. Vanilla pod and fresh blueberry. Greek yoghurt over green apple slices.

Palate

Full. Bisongrass, cloudy apple juice and oatcakes. Vanilla sponge with butter icing and raspberry jam. Sweet soy milk. Whipped cream.

Finish

Medium-short. On vanilla and apple, with lingering malted milk drink.

A subtle one. Complexity and unusual notes hide behind the vanilla.
