Nose

Apricot jam and raspberry fromage frais, like Petit Filous. Layered honey cake. Bready, like wholemeal fresh out of the oven with butter.

Palate

Full. Intense heather honey and whipped vanilla cream. Poached pear tart. Sweet cereals, like a bowl of glazed granola with sultanas. Subtle peanut and apricot jam-filled croissant. Tapioca pearls with brown sugar.

Finish

Medium-long, on brown sugar and sweet, chewy cereals.
