Reminds me of wearing 70s suntan lotion and then being out in the sun for a while. Big, warming and lovely.

Nose: Whoa Nelly! That’s a huge slap of oak, a vat of toffee caramel and apple sweetness, then apple and coconut with rich dark chocolate sauce.
Palate: Huge and spicy. Massive oak grip. Stewed tea then roast apple and honey soaked apricots. BBQ corn cakes and butter.
Finish: Swift but that is loaded with all those punchy spices.

Nose: Maraschino cherries, violet sweets and oak initially, then fruit cake and vanilla ice cream. Apple compote with nutmeg and then a hint of black pepper.
Palate: Huge sweetness, honey and brown sugar open up into maraschino cherries. Big oak notes and coconut, and then cherry pie with ice cream.
Finish: Maraschino cherries and black and white pepper prickle.
Comment: Packed full of flavour, lovely pepper nuance and perfectly balanced sweetness and wood.
