Nose

Burnt orange zest, some very elegant peat smoke and cinnamon infused Cola Cube sweets come through.

Palate

The smoke is very direct, fogging across the whole palate. Alongside sits a menthol note, some white pepper and perhaps a little damp moss/forest floor.

Finish

Dry, lingering apple skin notes, a touch of chilli and a more restrained smoke.

Bold, spicy and peppery with a dynamic dry smoke. Anyone fancy a Jalfrezi?
