Nose
Light and fruity. Autumn fruit. Overipe pears, medlars. A touch of pear cider (poiré). Apple blossom. Honey. A hint of white chocolate. Opens up slowly but pleasantly.
Palate
Smooth and sweet at start. Then dries up and leaves a bitter flavour like the\rskin of a cider apple.
Finish
Dry, short, bitter.
Comment
The nose promised more sweetness than the palate delivered. A little\rdisappointing. Needs time to open.
