Nose

Barley/combine harvester with some green leaf/grassiness and a\ryouthfulness that's somewhat like tequila/thinned agave syrup. With\rwater, there's white peach and a little Plado.

Palate

Soft, juicy pear then a tingle of sugar cut with mace.

Finish

Sweet. Medium length.

Has substance but light enough to make a fine aperitif/Highball.
