Nose

Smoky and marine: oyster liquor and smoke from a tarry BBQ with rosemary thrown onto the embers. Clean, dry and quite punchy, but at the same time controlled. Carbolic and iodine emerges with water.

Palate

Dry (oatcake and peat dust) then loosens into the briny seafood note of seaweed. Very clean and bright.

Finish

Light and oily.
