Nose: Reminds me of curry spice warming in butter. Peat comes through with a damp vegetable note as well.
Palate: There is a real lemon edge at first then some cooked apples and sugar. The peat comes through just at the end.
Finish: Soft and gentle, but warming.
Comment: A very gentle dram with fruit edges. One for sipping while cooking.
Score: 7.4
