Nose

Pink grapefruit, lime zest and freshly baked gingerbread, a backline of tobacco infused sugar syrup and last night’s bonfire embers. Nice amount of peaty smokiness.

Palate

Well there’s no hiding from the smoke on this anymore as it has blown the bloody doors off. Undertones of hazelnut praline, ginger, orange creams and dark chocolate.

Finish

The bonfire smoke definitely lingers on and on with a orange-ginger finish
