Nose

Delicate and slightly grassy, with elderflower cordial and white grape juice. Lots of blossom honey and under this there’s some coconut ice, vanilla soft-scoop ice cream and just a whiff of amaretto.

Palate

Delicate and accessible. The white grape juice and vanilla ice cream are back, this time with wafer cone. Plenty more blossom honey, plus a suggestion of oak spice with a little green apple.

Finish

Medium-short length and mostly characterised by vanilla and green apple.

Very fresh and summery.
