Nose

An initial wave of roasted coffee beans and earth, like a snuffed-out clay oven, with coal dust. Freshly cut slate and moss, like a damp forest. Wild strawberries, brambles, and a brandy-like note.

Palate

Chewy, thick body, with gorgeous notes of sweet red berry sauce balanced against drier yet deep cereal notes, chocolate biscuits, Oreos, crispy cannoli pastry, and imperial stout.

Finish

A dark loaf of bread and oak spices.
