Nose

Very floral – lilies, violets, jasmine, freesias. Oranges and gherkin, rose water and a dollop of toffee.

Palate

Dry and punchy, with mouthfilling spice and a burn from that ABV. You can definitely taste the rye, alongside that rose water, some bitter lemon pip, cool menthol and hot chilli powder.

Finish

A mouthful of pretty flowers.
