Dave Broom

Taster

Nose: Unctuous. PX/Bristol milk. Walnut, raisin. Very sweet and soft. Moscatel and heathery smoke.

Palate: Mouth coating and soft then the grip of oak. Has a mature character giving it an extra dimension.

Finish: The dry oak lessens and out comes rich sherried flavours.

Comment: Like all old whiskies everything is delivered on the finish.
