Nose

The nose is fragrant and juicy with toffee honey, mint, kumquat, but the smoke is a little more obvious than on Robbie Dhu and there's a teasing dry heather, coconut/gorse edge.

Palate

A lovely soft start. Fruity and soft with a good crisp/cracked pepper bite.

Finish

Spicy with a touch of smoke.
