Heavy and concentrated with layers of aroma. Sherry (raisin, Dundee cake) and smoke, but also a moist coconutty edge. Cooked black fruits. Rich.

Palate

Drier than you expect with plenty of peat. Leather, burning heather, antique shop. Old style.

Finish

Dried fruits.
