Blended Canadian Whisky

Standard (Distillery or blended)
Nose: This is different, though not in a good way. Solvent, bubblegum and acetone.
Palate: Better than the nose. Perfumed with a firm structure. A little jangly on the finish. Seems young, green and slightly sappy. In time the solvent reappears.
Finish: Somewhat abrasive.
Comment: An explosion at a beauticians. Nail varnish raining down while the bored Saturday assistant chews bubblegum amidst the chaos.
Nose: Sweet and sugary. Candylike. A floral note. Syrup with a drop of orange blossom.
Palate: Sweet and oaky. Velvety texture; reminds of a VSOP cognac. Watery in the middle. As if syrup had been added to the spirit.
Finish: Tangy, bitter, abrupt.
Comment: Another example of a 'worked upon'
