Nose

Rice paper, vanilla sponge, cut grass, elderflower wine, and gooseberry jam. Some pink grapefruit zest. Sweet maltiness, like milk cookie.

Palate

Light. Vanilla forward, baked apple, pear and banana builds. Then comes fresh peach and apricot. Some sweet sponge cake. Develops a tutti-frutti character, with watermelon and pineapple.

Finish

Long and juicy. Fresh apricot and baked apple build in strength.

Starts off simple, then becomes steadily more complex.
