Nose

Some warm tinned pineapple to start, then a bit of wildflower honey, clover, and just a hint of something earthy in the background.

Palate

Very fresh and bright with peaches, apricots, pineapple, bananas, lime zest, and marshmallows.

Finish

Slightly grassy with a nice hint of the oak cask.

Comment

A whisky that sings of summer picnics outdoors in the sunshine with lots of structure to bring you back in for another sip. Delicious.
