Nose

Clean and light. Gentle grated nutmeg, cumin, vellum, roasting coffee bean then into honeycomb (Crunchie bars). Rose petal.

Palate

A clean very honeyed palate with a crisp spice from the oak which then softens into melted chocolate.

Finish

A zippy lift which freshens everything. Vetiver. Sandalwood.

Comment

You could sit and suck on a bottle of this all day long. Worryingly drinkable.
