Nose

Rich and sweet, dried fruits steeping in rum; touch of allspice and thick fruit syrups. A lick of varnish and leather suggest there's some age here, while hot sawdust gives a sweet dryness.

Palate

Rose petal, indeed Turkish Delight to start. Settles deeply on the tongue and moves slowly through the thick and chewy mid-palate before a lift of spice.

Finish

Flamed orange peel.
