Nose: Floral and herbal, sappy, with printer's ink, worn leather, spearmint.

Palate: Starts off sweet then begins to dry rapidly. Black ink and aniseed.

Finish: Quite short and dry.

Comment: A little unyielding on the palate.

Nose: A hint of bouquet garni, old style pharmacists: herbs, lotions, a waft of something metallic.

Palate: Has a really sweet hit at first then this dusty spicy note takes over. Dark fruits, black cherries and blackcurrants.

Finish: Swift and spiced.

Comment: Shows good integration and balance.
