Nose

Super buttery, but with notes of brown sugar. Can imagine it all bubbling away in a pan. Warming and welcoming. Also a saline hint, like seaweed, alongside cedar wood.

Palate

A touch of rubber, followed by cinnamon spice, nutmeg and dark-chocolate-covered cherries. Quite hot for the ABV with that rye spiciness coming to the fore.

Finish

Flamed cherries and cough syrup.

Comment

Would make for a banging cocktail. Warming, spicy, cherry-laden.
